I have been working in the field of rotor balancing for more than 10 years. During this time, I have gained deep practical skills and technical understanding of all stages of the process — from vibration diagnostics to balancing problematic rotors.

Experience

• I perform dynamic balancing of various machines and equipment: electric motors, pumps, fans, compressors, combine harvesters, mulchers.
• I use the Balanset device by Vibromera for recording and analyzing vibration signals.
• I implement balancing systems at industrial sites, organize fieldwork, and ensure that the results meet technical requirements.
• I develop and conduct training for engineering personnel: measurement techniques, principles of working with the Balanset device, and results analysis.
• I prepare technical documentation and reports for each project and provide recommendations for further operation and maintenance of balancing equipment.

Balancing Conditions

• Balancing is carried out only on technically sound mechanisms that are properly fixed in their designated positions. Before balancing, the mechanism must be repaired, installed on good bearings, and securely fastened. The rotor must be cleaned of any contamination.
• The client ensures safe working conditions for balancing, is responsible for switching the mechanism on and off, and provides staff for necessary mechanical and welding work to access the rotor and install trial and correction weights.
• For the work, access to a 220V 50Hz power supply is required.
